The Squeak-Alert Story

Like most people, my first instinct when I discovered mice in the house was to deal with them fast and not think too hard about how. But traditional traps did not feel right to me, so I went with no-kill traps to deal with my pests.
The intention was right, but the result was unexpected. I'd check them too late — days after a catch — and find the mouse had already died from stress or dehydration. Humane in theory, but not always in reality.
So I did what any electronics hobbyist would do: I built something. My goal was simple — a device that would tell me the second a trap triggered, with no app to download, no hub to set up, no subscription fees. Just an email. Small, affordable, rechargeable, and out of the way once installed.
Squeak-Alert is the result of several versions of that idea. We're close to putting it in the hands of early adopters for real-world testing, and we'd love for you to be one of them.
If you've dealt with the same frustrations, you'll get it immediately. The waitlist is open — come join us.
